Extra ticket information
Last-minute Tickets for Young People Thirty and Under
Forty-five minutes before every concert given by the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra at the Concertgebouw, young people aged thirty and under may purchase so-called Sprint Seats for €15.00 at the Box Office. Sprint Seats may be purchased only upon presentation of proper identification, may not be reserved and are non-transferable. In certain cases, the management may decide to restrict the number of Sprint Seats available.
Holders of the CJP (Cultureel Jongeren Paspoort) or other discount cards must present these when purchasing tickets, and when gaining admission to concerts. Entrée members can take advantage of the Entrée selection of RCO concerts for €10. For more information about Entrée, log on to http://www.concertvrienden.nl/entree/.
Last-minute Tickets for Sold-out Concerts
Even for sold-out concerts, tickets may still become available the day of the concert. You can purchase these tickets directly at the Concertgebouw Box Office or reserve them over the phone up until 5.00 p.m. If a concert is completely sold out, the Box Office employees will assign numbers an hour and fifteen minutes before the concert for the purchase of uncollected reserved tickets.
Do you have a concert ticket but would you prefer to attend a concert on a different day? You can offer to swap your ticket(s) using the exchange service. It is not possible to exchange tickets at the box office.
