Annebeth Webb took her first violin lessons with Coosje Wijzenbeek. She then studied with Sylvia Rosenberg at the Manhattan School of Music and with Mauricio Fuks at the Indiana University School of Music (Bloomington). Under tutelage of Herman Krebbers she completed her studies at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. She has participated in masterclasses given by bij Jean-Jacques Kantorow, Rostislav Dubinsky, Franco Gulli en Yfrah Neaman.

Webb joined the second violin section of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra in September 2001. She is also co-founder of Camerata RCO, an ensemble with members of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra which performs in the Netherlands and abroad, and for years has been ensemble in residence at the Massimo Amfiteatrof Festival in Levanto, Italy.

Annebeth Webb plays a 1711 violin built by the Neapolitan instrument builder Nicolo Gagliano, on loan from a private foundation.
