The Concertgebouworkest will be streaming concert registrations through YouTube, Facebook and its website concertgebouworkest.nl with increased regularity starting on Monday 6 April. Each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4 p.m. CEST a different concert will be streamed, after which it will remain available online.
In the first week after the first measures to curb the corona outbreak were taken, mid-March, the orchestra began to stream concerts online. The frequency of putting online new concerts is now increased.
Each concert will be briefly introcuced by a member of the Concertgebouworkest. The streaming schedule may be found at www.concertgebouworkest.nl and will be refreshed each week. This week, the schedule is as follows:

Debussy’s Épigraphes antiques (orchestration: Rudolf Escher) and Rachmaninoff’s Symphonic Dances under the baton of Andris Nelsons; introduction by Alexei Ogrintchouk (oboe)
Bruckner’s Symphony No. 5 under Nikolaus Harnoncourt; introduction by Michael Gieler (viola)
