A stream on Sunday, 14 March at 5 p.m. CET features the orchestra under the direction of Gustavo Dudamel, performing Mozart’s Overture to Die Zauberflöte followed by Mahler’s Symphony No. 4 with soprano Camilla Tilling. The Concertgebouworkest and Maestro Dudamel are very happy to be able to collaborate for the first time in seven years, and after two previous attempts during this season which fell through due to corona restrictions.

On Thursday 18 March at 8 p.m. CET, medici.tv will stream a programme by the Concertgebouworkest under Antonio Pappano, in which Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 3 with soloist Igor Levit is followed by Schumann’s Symphony No. 2.

These two concert streams are an addition to the orchestra’s own free streams on concertgebouworkest.nl, Facebook and YouTube: Brahms’s Symphony No. 2 and Schönberg’s Verklärte Nacht under the baton of Philippe Jordan on Friday 12 and Friday 19 March respectively, Bach’s St Matthew Passion with Philippe Herreweghe on Saturday 27 March, and a programme by the brass players of the orchestra on Friday 2 April (more information on concertgebouworkest.nl).

The Concertgebouworkest is able to stream its concert programmes free of charge thanks to the generous support of donors and sponsors. Information about supporting the orchestra may be found at concertgebouworkest.nl/en/private-donations.
