Ensemblezaal called Amsterdam Hall

21 December 2018

While the staff has moved to Concertgebouworkest House, we are working hard on the finishing of the ensemble hall, rehearsal studios and other rooms in Concertgebouworkest House. The acoustic panels are placed in the ensemble room, the curtains are hung and the grand piano is delivered. Violinist Frederik Boits is the first orchestral musician to try the acoustics of the hall to his heart's content.

All rooms in Concertgebouworkest House have been given a name. The ensemble room is now called: Amsterdamzaal. Take a look behind the scenes.
