Dutch soprano, Nikki Treurniet, graduated from the Royal Conservatory of The Hague and is currently a member of the Dutch National Opera Academy. She’s being coached by Sasja Hunnego and Henny Diemer.
Her recent stage appearances include the title role in Massenet’s Cendrillon, Zerlina in Mozart's Don Giovanni, Silvia in Mozarts Ascanio in alba and the Elf in Mendelssohn’s Midsummer Night’s Dream with The Hague Philharmonic.
As a concert soloist she has performed Bach’s Passionen and Christmas Oratorio, Brahms’ Ein deutsches Requiem, Mozart’s Krönungsmesse and Exultate Jubilate, and Händel’s Messiah.
Nikki is strongly committed to the performance of lied and chamber music and together with pianist Andrea Vasi she’s given song recitals in various halls in The Netherlands.
