The offices are taking shape

26 October 2018

RCO House represents not only a major improvement for our musicians, but our new home also has a major impact on our office staff. Staff members will have to leave their familiar environment at the old office in the Jacob Obrechtstraat. They have already started to sort out their storage cabinets before packing their items.

At the same time, in our new accommodation workmen are at work dividing various large spaces into offices and meeting rooms. This is a job that started almost unimpressively with the delivery of apparently thin steel frames. But after almost two weeks these frames have turn into walls with wood and glass wall panels. For the first time, the contours of the new offices are becoming apparent. This is where the office staff soon will work in support of the orchestra.
