2, 3 and 4 February, modified concerts
Cancellation of 2, 3 and 4 February tickets and priority booking for modified concerts
Dear Sir or Madam,
Yesterday evening, it was announced, as we had all hoped, that the orchestra may now once again perform for live audiences at our concerts. Naturally, we are delighted with this turn of events. At the same time, however, concerts cannot yet go ahead exactly as planned. In accordance with the new measures in place, we may not perform past 10.00 p.m., and audience members must be seated 1.5 m apart. This means we can welcome only some of our ticket buyers to these concerts.
Unfortunately, we are not in a position in such a short space of time to scale back concerts with 2,000 assigned seats to concerts accommodating a maximum of 425 audience members spaced 1.5 m apart. It is for these reasons that we have had to make the decision to cancel all tickets to the originally scheduled concerts on 2, 3 and 4 February.
We will be sending you a separate email containing a link allowing you to easily convert your ticket(s) to a voucher, a refund or a donation. We ask that you please inform us of your preference before 31 January. After this date, we will convert your ticket(s) to a voucher. Please note that you may still request a refund after this time.
Enjoy priority booking when ordering tickets to modified concerts
In accordance with the new measures in place, we have organised modified concerts on 2, 3 and 4 February starting at 7.30 p.m. whereby a distance of 1.5 m will be maintained between those present. The concert programme remains unchanged. Iván Fischer will be leading the orchestra in Schubert’s ‘Unfinished’ Symphony and Mahler’s Symphony No. 1. Since you purchased a ticket to one of the original concerts, you may order tickets to either concert starting from Thursday, 27 January at 10.00 a.m. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, 28 January.
Tickets to the modified concerts cost €70. Please note that to enjoy priority booking when ordering your ticket(s), you must be logged in to your account. We recommend that you test your login in advance. If you still have vouchers from previously cancelled concerts, you can read here how to redeem them.
