Welcome to our free open-air concert! With Opening Night 2025, we celebrate the start of the new concert season in Amsterdam’s Oosterpark. The orchestra will work closely with local entrepreneurs to make it a great music festival for everyone. Will you come too? You don't need a ticket!
The concert starts at 8.15 p.m. and admission is free.
The Concertgebouw Orchestra is making the rounds through the city: for the sixth time, we’ll be stopping off at a special location somewhere in Amsterdam to perform Opening Night. Following concerts on Dam Square, in Westerpark, at the NDSM Wharf, in Nelson Mandelapark and in Sloterpark, we’re now paying a visit to Oosterpark in Amsterdam-Oost. The evening kicks off with a cracking opening programme at 7.30 p.m. featuring young talent and local musicians.
At 8.15 p.m., the Concertgebouw Orchestra will be performing an exciting, festive programme conducted by under the baton of Han-Na Chang.
