Gesine Hadulla began playing the violin at the age of five and was accepted for pre-college studies at the Mozarteum University Salzburg when she was eleven, studying with Klara Flieder-Pantillon and Brigitte Schmid.

In 2020, she started her bachelor studies in the viola class of Erich Krüger at the Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt in Weimar. Over the years, she has been awarded prizes at numerous competitions in Germany, Austria, and Spain.

Her musical horizons broadened significantly as a member of the Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra and during a semester abroad at the Catalonian College of Music (ESMUC) in Barcelona, where she studied with Yuval Gotlibovich.

Additional inspiration came from masterclasses with Pauline Sachse, Thomas Riebl, German Tcakulov, and Florian Richter.

In addition to her performances as a soloist, Gesine is also a passionate chamber musician, playing regularly in piano chamber music ensembles and a string quartet.
