Win a €250 voucher for concert tickets

If you win, we will contact you by email no later than one week after Opening Night. Please make sure the email address you provide is correct.

• You can only take part with a valid email address.
• The prize draw closes on Saturday 12 September 2026 at midnight.
• The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The €250 voucher can only be used at concertgebouworkest.nl and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.

Article 1 – Organiser

This prize draw is organised by the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, based in Amsterdam, hereafter referred to as ‘the organiser’.

Article 2 – Participation

• Participation is free of charge.
• Participation is only possible by completing the survey.
• Participation is open to everyone. Participants under the age of 18 require permission from a parent or guardian.
• Employees of the Concertgebouw Orchestra are excluded from participation.

Article 3 – Prize draw period

• The prize draw runs from 11 September 2026 at 00.00 until 12 September 2026 at 11.59 p.m.
• Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be included.

Article 4 – Prizes

• Five concert vouchers worth €250 each for concerts by the Concertgebouw Orchestra will be awarded among the participants.
• The credit can only be used at concertgebouworkest.nl.
• The voucher is valid for two years from the date of issue.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, services or vouchers.
• Article 5 – Selection of winners
• The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The draw will take place on Thursday 17 September 2026 using Random.org List Randomizer.
• The winners will be notified via the email address provided no later than Friday 18 September 2026.
• If the email address provided proves to be invalid, or if the winner cannot be reached within a reasonable period of time – no later than 14 days – the organiser reserves the right to select a new winner using the same randomizer tool.

Article 6 – Personal data

• The Concertgebouworkest is the processor of the data.
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties.

Article 7 – Liability

The organiser is not liable for technical failures or other issues that prevent participation in the prize draw.

Article 8 – Other provisions

• These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
• The organiser reserves the right to change or end the prize draw prematurely if there are valid reasons for doing so, without entitling the participant to compensation.
