Stibbe, for its part, trains highly talented individuals to become outstanding lawyers and civil-law notaries. Each year, the Concertgebouworkest offers places to a few talented young musicians at the Concertgebouworkest Academy, allowing them to participate in orchestral productions under the guidance of members of the orchestra for a whole concert season.
