Global Friends France

Once a year, they and their partner or invitee are invited guests of the Concertgebouw Orchestra at the Annual Gala, a concert with reception at The Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, together with our other Global Friends around the world.

The Global Friends France are also invited to special musical events in Paris, such as orchestra rehearsals and receptions and dinners given in conjunction with concerts performed in the Philharmonie de Paris.

A chamber music concert given by members of the orchestra or Academy members or a musical lunch are also included.

Fellows will receive invitations for two for a concert given by the Concertgebouw Orchestra at the Philharmonie de Paris. Prior to the concert, they are treated to a personal behind the scenes visit. Fellows and their partner or invitee are guests of the Concertgebouw Orchestra at the traditional Annual  Gala, a concert at The Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. They also receive two tickets to an Academy masterclass or chamber music concert in our chamber music hall in Amsterdam. 

Benefits enjoyed by Fellows: 
Every year, in addition to all the benefits enjoyed by Patrons, each Fellow receives an invitation for two for: 

• A concert performed in Paris. 
• The Fellow-trip to a concert in Europe. 
• An Essentials-concert. 
• A Masterclass or chamber music concert of the Academy of the Concertgebouw Orchestra.

Masters ensure the continued existence of the orchestra and share unforgettable experiences. Each Master is close to the musicians, receiving an invitation each year to take part in an international concert tour with his or her partner or guest. Ties of friendship are strengthened each season with a dinner organized with members of the orchestra. Masters, along with their partner or invitee, are guests of the Concertgebouw Orchestra at the traditional Annual Gala. 

Masters can also travel in a group along with the orchestra on Tour with the exclusive Master-trip. 

Benefits enjoyed by Masters: 
Every year, in addition to all the benefits enjoyed by Fellows, each Master receives an invitation for two to: 

• The Master-trip; travel in a group along with the orchestra. 
• Two exclusive Master-events.
• The Master-dinner. 

Trustees are close to the very heart of the Concertgebouw Orchestra. They have a keen sense of what the orchestra’s needs are and what it takes to meet specific goals. Trustees dine with the Board of Directors and meet orchestral musicians on an international tour in an informal setting. They are also given the chance to travel on a second tour of their choice. Naturally, they are the orchestra’s guests at all festive events and receptions.

Benefits enjoyed by Trustees: 
Every year, in addition to all the benefits enjoyed by Masters, each Trustee receives an invitation for two to: 

• Trustee -dinner
• Unique musical moments*
• An exclusive house concert given by members of the Concertgebouw Orchestra at your home.  

*For instance entrance to the anti-chambre after a concert for a meet and greet with the conductor.
