Symphonies No. 2, 4, 1, 6 and 9
To celebrate the 200th anniversary of Bruckner’s birth, the Concertgebouw Orchestra will be performing a cycle of all nine of his numbered symphonies within a year and a half. After four symphonies in the 2023/2024 season, we continue the cycle with symphonies No. 2, 4, 1, 6 and 9 conducted by Andrew Manze, Jaap van Zweden, Vladimir Jurowski, Simone Young and Riccardo Chailly respectively.
