The Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra invites exceptionally talented young conductors (aged 18–35) to apply for the Ammodo Conducting Masterclass with Iván Fischer, taking place on 23, 24 and 25 June 2026 at The Concertgebouw. Four selected participants will work intensively with Iván Fischer and the orchestra on music by amongst others Bartók and Mozart. The sessions will be open to the public and streamed live.

With this masterclass, the Concertgebouw Orchestra offers young conductors a unique opportunity to develop their artistry under the guidance of one of today’s most inspiring musicians.
The Ammodo Conducting Masterclass is made possible by Ammodo, which supports the development of the arts and sciences. Previous editions, led by conductors such as Paavo Järvi, Fabio Luisi and Mariss Jansons, have become internationally recognised models for talent development. Applications are open until 31 December 2025 via Muvac.com.
