On the evening of Friday 12 September, the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra will give a free open-air concert in Sloterpark. Together we will celebrate the opening of the concert season. Everyone is welcome!
We are proud to be performing in Amsterdam Nieuw-West this year. Opening Night will take place from 6:45 PM to 9:45 PM and it promises to be a special evening, full of rhythm and energy. You’ll find delicious food and drinks at the food trucks, but you’re also welcome to bring your own. On this page, you’ll find a video and several photos of Opening Night 2024 at the Nelson Mandela Park in Amsterdam-Zuidoost, to get an impression of the various aspects of the event.
