The Concertgebouw Orchestra is deeply committed to the development of young musical talent. For many years, we have successfully trained outstanding musicians through a range of initiatives: the Academy of the Concertgebouw Orchestra, our youth orchestra Concertgebouw Orchestra Young, the Ammodo Masterclass for exceptionally gifted conductors, and, since 2024, the Bernard Haitink Associate Conductorship
