Uniquely Great
Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra three times in the Ziggo Dome
For the first time, the Netherlands’ most celebrated orchestra performed in Amsterdam’s largest concert venue: the Ziggo Dome. Under the title Uniquely Great, we presented three unique concerts in collaboration with MOJO Concerts. Nearly 30,000 people attended across the weekend, many of whom had never heard the orchestra perform live before.

What is ‘Uniquely Great’?
The orchestra is performing increasingly often beyond the walls of The Concertgebouw, sharing its passion for classical music with as many people as possible. Following Opening Night in Amsterdam’s Oosterpark and Uniquely Great at the Ziggo Dome, the next stop is Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony during Amsterdam Dance Event on 21 October. Later this season, the orchestra will also perform several times at Gashouder. Discover more concerts and stories from remarkable locations.
